We handle every on-site requirement so you never have to arrange a local contact, including Home Watch services to ensure the insurance coverage is valid.
- Secure Key Management: Smart lock or lockbox tracking who enters and when.
- Chattel Distribution: Before an estate sale, donation or disposal takes place, we take care to ensure out of town family members receive any sentimental or bequeathed contents. These items are packed and shipped to you with care
- Final Property Handoff: Once the home is empty, we provide the closing report to your lawyer or realtor.
