In 2013 she launched a property management firm, specializing in residential services. The company continues to successfully operate today. This parent company collaborates with White Lily Estate Liquidations Inc. Melanie brings her disciplined approach to the estate services, ensuring processes run ethically, efficiently & as stress free as possible.

LEAD LIQUIDATOR & APPRAISER
Our lead liquidator brings decades of seasoned expertise. Beginning on the French-Swiss-German border, he spent years in historic flea markets, honing a sharp eye for authentic antiques and valuable pieces. This foundation led to antique furniture restoration and management in a prominent antique store, developing an expert ability for appraising valuables. Over the last 13 years, he has specialized in large-scale Estate Sales and Commercial Liquidations, handling complex sell-offs for retail stores, the food industry, and numerous other sectors, ensuring maximum return for clients.

Client Services & Office Support
As an Estate Administrator with a Business Diploma in Human Resources, Lucy brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and process management to every project she supports. Her role is to guide the administrative side of the estate process, ensuring all documentation, timelines, and coordination are handled accurately and efficiently.
Lucy works closely with clients and partners to keep everything on track, providing clear communication and dependable support during what can often be a complex time. With a detail-oriented and proactive approach, she is committed to making the estate process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
TANYA HOLCZER
IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN & FULL-STACK DEVELOPER
Tanya is responsible for the company’s technical infrastructure, supporting both day-to-day operations and the development of internal digital solutions. She holds a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma (PBD) in Computing & Information Systems and brings hands-on experience in both IT support and full-stack development.
She manages system performance, troubleshoots software issues, and ensures stable, secure environments across platforms. Tanya works across modern web technologies and backend systems, building and maintaining tools that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
