What we offer
Interior & Exterior Inspection
A full visual walkthrough of the property – checking all entry points, systems, and conditions to ensure everything is secure and in good order. Satisfies home insurance policy requirements for vacant properties.
24/7 Alarm Call-Out Service
If your property has a monitored alarm, we can be on the call-out list. We will attend the home to check any alarm event and ensure everything is secure – any time, any day.
Emergency Open & Close
We have dealt with furnace failures, flooding, roof dams, broken windows, boilers issues, sump pump issues and more.
We manage any issue at hand with you, bring in the necessary repair technicians & communicate every step of the way to limit damage to the home.
Detailed Reporting
After every visit, a comprehensive report is emailed to you – date and time stamped, signed off by your assigned home watch rep, and is suitable to demonstrate to insurance providers that internal inspections are being conducted in the property.
Service Frequency
Every 3 or 6 Days - Or As Required
Home watch services are available throughout Calgary and surrounding acreage communities on a 3-day or 6-day schedule, or at any frequency required by your home insurance provider. Many insurers require proof of regular property checks for vacant home coverage – our detailed, time-stamped reports satisfy that requirement. We work around your schedule, your insurer’s requirements, and your property’s unique needs.
