Completing this phase before pricing begins is what separates a smooth sale from a chaotic one. When sentimental items have already left the home and hazardous materials have been safely removed, our team can move through the property efficiently – giving every remaining item the attention it deserves. Phase two
The Feasibility Study
We protect you by being honest about the numbers – calculating the labour vs. revenue balance so you know what to expect before committing.
- Setup Costs: Two staff working one to two full days to organize, research, and price.
- Sale Weekend: Three staff members working eight to ten hours each day.
