Our Home Watch Services

Interior & Exterior Inspection

A full visual walkthrough of the property – checking all entry points, systems, and conditions to ensure everything is secure and in good order. Satisfies home insurance policy requirements for vacant properties.

24/7 Alarm Call-Out Service

If your property has a monitored alarm, we can be on the call-out list. We will attend the home to check any alarm event and ensure everything is secure – any time, any day.

Emergency Open & Close

We have dealt with furnace failures, flooding, roof dams, broken windows, sump pump issues and more. We can open, close, and attend the property for third-party emergency repairs.

Detailed Reporting

After every visit, a comprehensive report is emailed to you — date and time stamped, signed off by your assigned home watch rep, and suitable for insurance purposes.

Service Frequency

Every 3 or 6 Days - Or As Required

Home watch services are offered throughout Calgary on a 3-day or 6-day schedule, or at any frequency required by your insurance provider. We work around your needs.

Same Rep Every Visit

You are assigned a primary home watch rep who attends every service. A backup rep is always available in case of illness or absence.
